Hello Dean (?),

I am attempting to get funding from the Arts Council of England for an audio-arts podcasting project.

The project is to create a social network site, a sort of multi-user audio blog - based on the website of New York's wfmu, i.e. maybe 30 or 40 people producing regular 1 hour podcasts, at least one a week, the idea is to create the kind of experience approaching a radio station. Does this make sense?

Anyway, I'm having difficulty finding information on licensing, i.e. if I as the owner of the domain/webspace had the music licensing covered, can I publish podcasts constructed by other people? I am hoping this can be done, in this way we licence a multi-user platform making the whole idea feasable...

I live in London and would be very pleased to be able to discuss my project.

my email is zz.james@gmail.com

cheers

James
